Southern Scottish Highlands

These photos were taken in the southern area of the Scottish Highlands, centered around the town of Glencoe. I attended a workshop sponsored by Phase One. During the workshop I had the opportunity to use the Phase One IQ180 system which had a 40mm x 54mm digital sensor with an astounding resolution of 80 mpix. At the time I was shooting with a Canon 7D having a resolution of 18 mpix. The resolution of the system was enchanting but the Phase One lenses and bodies were too large for me.
