Reflections Of Christ

Reflections is number eleven in our series of calendars. For many of us 2022 has been an interesting and challenging year. We started the year with optimism began to venture out again from the Covid restrictions. But, as we returned to "normal", we found that "normal" was no longer normal - supply chain issues, labor issues and political issues all joined together to raise our collective frustrations and anxieties. Then Russia attacked the Ukraine and the economy, which was already faltering, took a hit resulting in more anxiety. Compound those anxieties with the mental health issues brought on by Covid isolation and many have found 2022 to be a year of stress. Cindy is a prayer warrior and has spent a lot of time this year praying and sharing her prayers, pictures, and encouragement with others.

So, when inevitably we start asking ourselves, "What's the theme for this year's calendar?" the answer that came to us was to use Cindy's inspirational reflections as the basis for the calendar. Photography, and in particular my photography, has been the focus of our previous calendars. This year the focus or theme of the calendar is Cindy's photography and her reflections on Christ and her relationship with Him. All of the pictures except for one were taken by Cindy. (You'll have the guess which photo is mine.)
